While feeder buses for passengers who wish to use the HMRL have been put in place, the TSRTC provides free bus services to passengers for last mile connectivity to Metro stations. Plans are also afoot to improve feeder services.

The TSRTC will also develop an integrated App for passenger of the HMRL so that they can tap into its bus services.
