Nizamabad: Officials registered cases against two NRIs who arrived from UAE and violated home quarantine rules and sent them to isolation wards here on Tuesday.
The two NRIs from Nandipet mandal, who had recently returned from UAE, were reported to be violating quarantine norms and were roaming in their village. The locals, who noticed the two NRIs, complained to the District collector Narayana Reddy regarding this violation, who in turn directed the officials to register cases against the two NRIs.
